Prawas Nepali Samparka Bibhag Australia (PNSBA) is an inclusive, independent, non-profit, and non-political organization dedicated to serving the Nepalese community throughout Australia. Incorporated in New South Wales under the Associations Incorporations Act 2009, we operate across all states and territories to foster unity, harmony, and cooperation among Nepalese residents. Our organization serves as a platform for individuals connected to Nepal by birth, family, language, or religion to realize their full potential while promoting and preserving our rich cultural identity within Australia's multicultural society. Guided by a commitment to integrity and community service, we strive to uplift the reputation of the Nepalese people while contributing to the development and humanitarian needs of both our home in Australia and our roots in Nepal.
Core Objectives
The mission of the organization, as outlined in its bylaws, is to:
Create unity and harmony: Foster cooperation among the Nepalese community throughout all states and territories of Australia.
Promote interests and potential: Help Nepalese individuals in Australia realize their full potential and promote their legitimate interests both individually and as a community.
Preserve Nepali identity: Work with Australian governments and other community organizations to promote Nepali culture and identity within Australia's multicultural society.
Contribute to Nepal's development: Utilize the talents, knowledge, and resources of the community in Australia to support the overall development of Nepal.
Humanitarian support: Provide assistance to both Australian and Nepali people and governments during emergencies, such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides.
Foster social integration: Facilitate sporting, social, and recreational opportunities to promote inclusion within the broader mainstream community.
Empower through life skills: Offer educational projects and life skills programs, including health and wellness, water safety, driver education, and legal rights.

Nationwide Representation: Operating across all states and territories of Australia through a dual-layered structure of Central Executive Committee (CEC) and State Executive Committees (SEC), ensuring representation at both national and local levels.
Elevating Community Reputation: Uplifting the reputation of the Nepali community within both the Nepali community and wider Australian society by requiring members to maintain high levels of social, financial, and personal integrity.
Unified and Disciplined Collective: A community that acts with unity and harmony, where members contribute financially, emotionally, and physically toward collective goals while following established disciplinary procedures to resolve disputes.
